“The first phase of the website redesign project launched in April was a major success. End customers were demanding changes and the business set an aggressive scope and target date. IT and the eBusiness teams were asked to deliver in an effort that required coordination across many teams. Paul displayed extra effort and teamwork to ensure project success even though not formally part of the eBiz team. The project was delivered on-schedule and with minimal problems - an amazing accomplishment considering the massive scope of the effort.
